o    Load Bearing Walls to be Moved
o    Heads over Windows
o    Retaining Walls over 1 Metre High
o    Decks to be Built over 850mm off the Ground
o    Anything Involving a Roof Structure
o    Raising/Moving a House
o    Digging Out Under the House Greater than 1 Metre Deep
o    Slabs to be Built
o    Work Less than 6 Metre from the Front & Rear Boundary
o    Work Less than 1.5 Metres from Each Side of Boundary
o    Internal/External Stairs
o    Additional Toilets/Showers/Baths
o    Additional Extensions
