So as a client of David Clarke (Aust) Pty Ltd what can you expect?

Well very early in my (David Clarke) career I worked out what 99% of people expected from a builder, but weren’t getting.

So that is what I have built my company on

• Turning up to appointments
• Being contactable any time 7am to 5pm by phone
• Ringing clients if I am 5 or 10 minutes late. Sometime this happens with the growth of Brisbane
• And returning calls

It doesn’t stop there. I believe our business as a building company is to give a personal touch to the client. Having said that, my job starts as soon as a potential client makes contact. We understand people need advice on all aspects of building from time to time. Whether they are a seasoned Property Investor, Owner Builder or First Timer. When I am talking to clients I take them through how it will work and find out what they need. We are here to build a clients dream big or small, and at the same time trying to be cost effective.
